# B2B Commerce | Get Account Category Churn

Retrieves product categories that an account stopped purchasing from for a specific store. Use this action to detect category churn patterns by analyzing purchasing behavior over a 6-12 month period and comparing it to recent activity, enabling you to create targeted win-back campaigns that re-engage customers in abandoned product categories before they fully disengage. This action requires Salesforce Data Cloud.
