# B2B Commerce | Create Coupon

Generates a coupon code string for an existing promotion. Use this action to create redeemable coupon codes that customers can apply at checkout for promotions you've already configured, enabling you to distribute promotional offers through marketing campaigns, email communications, or customer service interactions.

### Required Editions
