# Allow the Application on the Security Profile

Allow the A2A application on the Connect AI agent’s security profile, and associate that profile with the agent. Connect can’t hand the voice contact to Agentforce until the profile allows the application.

1. To allow the application on the security profile, run this command.

    ```
    awscurl --service connect --region <REGION> -X POST \
      --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
      --data '{
        "AllowedAIAgents": [
          {
            "Arn": "<APPLICATION_ARN>",
            "Type": "THIRD_PARTY"
          }
        ]
      }' \
      https://connect.<REGION>.amazonaws.com/security-profiles/<CONNECT_INSTANCE_ID>/<SECURITY_PROFILE_ID>
    ```
2. In the Connect admin site, open the profile.
3. Open its permissions.
4. Turn off **Show enabled only**.
5. Under the Contact Control Panel, turn on Access Contact Control Panel.
6. Save your changes.

    Don’t modify the standard Admin or Agent profiles for this integration.
