1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Testing Center, and then select **Testing Center**.
2. Select **New Test**. Or to begin tests from Agentforce Builder, select **Batch Test**.
    
    When you initiate tests from Agentforce Builder, you can include the Agentforce Builder conversation history in AI-generated test scenarios.
3. Enter a name and select the agent you want to test. Optionally, add a description. Click **Next**.

    Note The agent you select can impact the test conditions and data available for testing. To generate test scenarios from your knowledge base, the agent needs to be linked to the data library containing the information you want to include in the tests.
