# Agentforce IT Service | Get Configuration Item Details

Retrieves details for a specific configuration item (CI) based on the user's input, such as a CI ID or CI name. The action identifies the requested CI and returns key attributes including name, class, status, and owner. Use this action when users request CI details or need to perform update or delete operations on a specific CI.
