# Education Cloud | EDU Cloud: Send Email Verification

Sends a code to the user's email address to verify their identity.

### Required Editions

## Guidelines and Considerations

If the agent doesn't receive the verification code, confirm that the email address is correct and try the process again. The one-time passcode (OTP) remains valid for 5 minutes. Initiate a new request after 5 minutes have passed.
