1. Click the Agentforce icon to launch Agentforce.

The Agentforce icon appears in the global header on all pages when Agentforce is enabled for your org.
2. From the Agentforce panel, click **Memory & Preferences**.
3. In **Stored Memories**, click the settings icon, and select **Import Memories**.

4. Select the agent that you want to import memories to.
5. Click **Upload Files**, or drag your file to the upload area.

Supported formats are .txt and .md. Start each memory with two hyphens (`--`). Lines that don't start with hyphens are treated as a continuation of the previous memory. For example, `-- User prefers reusable prompt libraries for agent orchestration.`

6. Click **Import**.

The memories from your file are imported and added to the selected agent's stored memories. The newly imported memories appear in the Stored Memories list.
