Before you remove access to a tool in your server registration, [remove the associated agent agent action from all subagents and agents](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.agent_mcp_tool_action_remove.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Delete the agent action that references an MCP tool to remove your agent’s access.") and [delete the it from the asset library](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.agent_mcp_tool_action_delete.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Delete an agent action that references an MCP tool from the asset library so it can’t be added to any agents. When you delete an agent action from the asset library, the action is still available in any subagents and agents you’ve already added it to. We recommend removing the action from any agents before deleting it from the asset library.").

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce, and then select **Agentforce Registry**.
2. Click the name of the server that you want to edit, and then on the Tools tab, click **Edit Tools**.
3. Add or remove server tools.

Only allow tools you trust. Before allowlisting, carefully review tool names and descriptions to ensure you understand their function and scope. If you see a warning that one or more tool descriptions contain bidirectional or decorative Unicode characters, invisible characters, or multiple languages or scripts, these tools are considered high risk. Before allowlisting, copy and paste the tool descriptions into a text editor and manually review them.
4. Save your changes.
